Order Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, we may not be able to process your request as the order will already be in the processing stage. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it has a visible defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage (such as dented boxes) that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at lunneleconact@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will review your request, and if approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, such as courier issues, customs clearance, or other logistical problems.

If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance. Lunnele is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund or a reshipment.
